Porto Pollo beach

20 metres from Mare & Monti

Located just a few steps from your Mare & Monti holiday residence, the beach at Porto-Pollo boasts turquoise waters, a charming harbour and fine sand.

Swimming is supervised in summer and the beach is suitable for people with reduced mobility.

 

The Taravo beach

3.5 km from Mare & Monti

Located less than 5 minutes drive from our holiday residence in Serra-di-Ferro, this fine sandy beaches is appreciated for its untouched landscape and the Taravo river crossing it.

From Porto Pollo, you can kayak up the river to get to Taravo beach and discover its wild environment.

It is also little frequented, so you can be sure of a pleasant afternoon in the sun!

Its special feature: a daily thermal breeze in the middle of the day, making it a popular spot for kitesurfers, windsurfers and wingsurfers. 

 

Cupabia beach

8 km from Mare & Monti

Crystal-clear water, fine sand, a magnificent setting surrounded by nature... Cupabia beach promises a most enjoyable programme!

Whether you're into sunbathing or diving, this beach offers a little corner of paradise, far from the summer crowds.

The curious can go to the far ends of the beach to observe the fish hiding among the rocks.

It's the reward for a one-and-a-half-hour hike through the bushes, with panoramic views over the bay and the Gulf of Valinco, and can also be reached by road.

Early in the morning, the beach's equestrian center offers horseback riding and swimming.

The beach is also popular with horse-riding enthusiasts.
